Hi! Today I am sharing some frequently asked questions that I get from week to week! I thought it would be especially useful to have them listed in one place, so without further ado, here they are!

  1. What is the best way to order?

Through the website! Of course I love receiving messages via Facebook + Instagram from my customers, but when it comes to orders, they are best placed online! Due to our increasing volume of orders{thank you!} placing an order through our site allows for our process to remain automated and streamlined, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks!

2. What is your flower subscription service?

Our flower subscription service is for those customers who know they will order flowers multiple times a year. Whether they want them in their home on a regular basis, or they already plan to send flowers to their mom on Mothers Day, their best friend on their birthday etc. Signing up for a subscription service means you get a 10% discount on each of those orders, so it also saves you money! Each order is customizable to your color and flower preferences, as well as the dates you want them delivered. You give us the dates when you sign up and we do the remembering for you! We offer subscription services that are monthly, so we provide you with fresh blooms on a monthly basis. We also offer a seasonal subscription, so you choose when during the year you would like to receive flowers{birthdays, anniversary, Easter, Thanksgiving etc.} There is just a minimum of three arrangements per year! Finally, we also offer a giftable subscription, which is the perfect gift for that person in your life who just loves flowers! Your gift would provide them with one fresh arrangement, for three months{ex. Jan, Feb, March}. It is the gift that keeps on giving!

3. What services do you provide?

We offer our flower delivery service to the Greater Houston area, which is just what it sounds like. We deliver flowers to your doorstep!

We do flowers for weddings, ranging from micro wedding florals, to your full service wedding, flowers for funerals, and flowers for various events, such as baby showers, bridal showers, retirement parties, etc. Any event you need flowers for, we can do it!

Additionally, we also offer flower crowns. We can organize a flower crown birthday party, or girls night out where we assist you in making these fun and trendy accessories.

4. Where are you located?

Freedom Floral is located in Houston, TX. Specfically the Spring Branch area!

5. Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to the Greater Houston Area! Delivery fees are based on distance.
Local{Spring Branch, Memorial}: $5

Central Houston: $10

Greater Houston: $15

6. Where does the name Freedom Floral come from?

The name Freedom Floral is derived from the verse, Galatians 5:1 “It is for freedom that Christ has set us free”{NIV}. I have always loved that in Christ, there is freedom. Freedom from the bondage of sin, freedom from the law that we cannot fulfill, and freedom to be who Christ created me to be. Specifically in this business, I have felt free to step out and launch Freedom Floral, a small business based on something that I love. I am free to create, take risks and try new things!
